We got a new system installed very professional installers. Eric,Matt and Shane did a job well done. I work nights they worked outside my bedroom window while I was sleeping never woke me up. When job was done my husband woke me so I could ask questions. They had everything cleaned up they answered all my questions. Great work guys!!

Eric and Watson did an excellent job installing my new heat pump. When we ran into trouble connecting the thermometer to my phone they were very patient to resolve the issue. Excel has been my service company for over 10 years and I have always been satisfied with their service.

Absolutely amazing! I dont often leave reviews, but wanted to take the time here to provide feedback on Excel Heating and Cooling. I will probably also try to do so on other external sites. I experienced some challenges with our new house build HVAC system. We have a beautiful house, but a subpar installation for HVAC, plus some upgrades we wanted to make before finishing the basement. When we went through the original build process talking to higher end custom builders, one name kept popping up for their HVAC subcontractor Excel. So I knew who to call when ready. I have had the Excel team do several projects, including zoning the basement, installing a whole house dehumidifier for the basement, winter humidifier and some improvements/repairs. I have total peace of mind and comfort now! The Excel team has amazing expertise and superb customer service, as well as reasonable pricing. I was told by several builders they are the best in Indianapolis and my experience supports it. Choose Excel with confidence!

Derek came out for a maintenance check. He was very professional, kind, honest, and personable. He went above and beyond to help our needs and made sure we were comfortable as well. He also informed us of everything he was doing so that we knew and understood. I would highly recommend him.

The technician was very knowledgeable and went straight to work. My only other experience with an HVAC system company i felt was doing a good enough job but I was recommended Excel and first impressions was what the crap have I been missing. The details the breakdown of the services really helped me understand what was working good, working ok, and what might be a problem in the future. And, the absolute best part he didn't once bring up any current deals on replacing the entire system. I understand these technicians are probably required to mention deals on upgrades but he only brought the subject up when I enquired about the cost of a new system. Its a very refreshing feeling when you don't feel bombarded with a memorized script that doesn't take into account each customers situation. Sorry for the long winded response but overall pleasantly surprised and will definitely us Excel again and would highly recommend.
